General Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients mostly B2B and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling offerings that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in the travel or transportation industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management and negotiation.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on achieving results.
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
