Job Description:
The Oracle Fusion Reporting Analyst will be responsible for developing maintaining and supporting business intelligence reports and dashboards using Oracle Clouds suite of reporting tools. This includes Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) BI Publisher and Financial Reporting Studio. The Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather requirements design and build reporting solutions and deliver actionable business insights. The role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP HCM and other modules with a strong focus on analytics data modeling and data governance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Data Science Business Analytics or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Oracle Cloud Certification in ERP HCM or Reporting.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- BI Publisher
- Financial Reporting Studio
Preferred Experience:
- Expertise in:
- Designing and managing a standardized reporting delivery model
- Developing custom reports and dashboards using advanced features of OTBI BI Publisher and Financial Reporting Studio
- Creating complex data models and ensuring reports align with business needs
- Experience with:
- Large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations/upgrades in cross-functional teams
- Data flow management between Oracle Cloud and external systems
- Familiarity with public sector compliance data governance and security standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain reports using Oracle Cloud reporting tools.
- Build complex data models visualizations and ad-hoc queries.
- Optimize report performance accuracy and user experience.
- Analyze Oracle Cloud data sets to extract business insights.
- Translate technical data findings into stakeholder-friendly formats.
- Partner with business units to understand and fulfill reporting requirements.
- Manage Oracle Cloud reporting environments ensuring data integrity and security.
- Conduct regular audits to validate data and report accuracy.
- Manage report scheduling access and secure distribution.
- Document technical specifications data sources and user guides.
- Ensure all reporting complies with governance policies and regulatory standards.
