Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to lead requirements gathering and documentation for a custom work management system. Youll collaborate with stakeholders and developers to replace a legacy platform.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business needs into clear application requirements and user stories
Define acceptance criteria and support testing
Create wireframes and document user flows
Conduct interviews workshops and use case analysis

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office Visio SharePoint
Experience with wireframing and stakeholder engagement

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in test data preparation and execution Strong expertise in Teradata and SQL queries Test result validation and data quality assurance experience Defect tracking and resolution across multi-vendor environments Experience with test metrics reporting and stakeholder communication High-level communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills Experience with claims processing systems Testing experience on Mainframe Systems Familiarity with DB2 and legacy mainframe platforms
