The company is currently seeking an Analyst to be based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia reporting to the Senior Lead. This role will primarily support the Asia Pacific region with a focus on the Korean market and therefore requires fluency in the Korean language. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial statements and other credit-related data to evaluate requests for revolving credit lines from partners and clients. The Analyst will also review proposed deal structures recommend appropriate credit ratings and suggest suitable terms and conditions to support the requested credit facilities.
Requirements
- Perform detailed financial analysis of audited and non-audited financial information.
- Make well-considered recommendations to management on credit risk decisions and conditions. Whilst ensuring appropriate decision-making to minimize bad debts due to customer defaults.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including upline credit management financial sellers and business support operations team.
- Contribute to ensuring appropriate mitigation structures in place including understanding and management of collateral documents such as corporate and bank guarantees
- Work effectively as part of a professional and committed team including supporting workflows at peak business periods

Bachelor s degree in Law, Finance, Business management, or related field Minimum 2 years of fund house experience Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to the Anti-Money Laundering Act, Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. Familiar with Labuan regulatory framework is highly preferred. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Fast thinking and resourceful Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skill Ability to stay up to date with the latest legal and regulatory developments Keen awareness of Malaysia, Singapore, China and Hong Kong s business environment, regulatory changes, and updates Preferably with CFA qualification
