You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe HR Advisor will join a progressive dynamic and collaborative team of Human Resources (HR) professionals. HR supports a large employee base of over 5000 employees and 5 unions across three hospital sites and off-site programs within the Halton Region.

This HR Advisor will provide front line human resources support advice and guidance to new and prospective employees and leaders within an assigned business portfolio. This includes but is not limited to providing advice and coaching on topics such as talent sourcing and acquisition position control workforce planning policy and relevant collective agreement interpretation job evaluation procedures salary administration and general employee relations issues.

Additional Information :
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 4:30pm with ability to flex schedule as required by operational needs.
Salary: $39.178 - $48.973 per hour
