Job Description
Are you passionate about data and performance-driven insights Join our dynamic Slots Team and help shape strategic decisions across our product portfolio.
As a Performance Analyst youll work closely with Regional Slots Managers to provide the data-driven intelligence that powers our revenue growth. Youll play a key part in identifying opportunities driving efficiencies and helping us unlock the full potential of our player and venue performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver insightful reporting on product player and venue performance including stakes win margin and other key metrics
- Build and refine a robust reporting framework that enhances visibility and drives strategic decision-making
- Spot performance trends and translate complex data into actionable commercially valuable insights
- Champion analytical best practices across the Slots team empowering colleagues to make smarter data-led decisions
- Track and evaluate the success of new products and campaigns assessing ROI and shaping future developments
- Partner with suppliers to access and optimise third-party data sources
- Support wider business initiatives through ad-hoc projects that explore new revenue opportunities or cost-saving measures
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role within the gaming industry
- Understanding of slots and gaming industry and the key performance drivers
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills critical thinking and a customer-centric approach
- Results driven with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Comfortable using coding and programming for data manipulation and analytics
- Experience working with visualization tools to present insights effectively
- Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders building trust and collaboration
