Job Description
The role is designed to support the management team by being an effective point of escalation for the junior members of the operations team. They support the operations team through being a source of knowledge and technical expertise able to review sensitive deliverables and imparts knowledge on others.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily operations to ensure SLAs are met in an efficient manner
- Performing reviews on setups and credit agreements or any other deliverables for the Loan Servicing team
- Leading client relationships and being a point of escalation
- Fulfilling / reviewing ad hoc client requests
- Championing quality and continuous improvement
- Participating in new service development and supporting new service rollouts
- Participating in and manage projects to enhance the overall service offering
- Collaborating with internal operations groups across multiple departments to drive results
Qualifications :
- It is important for the candidate to have some years of working experience in fund administration or relevant financial services in private credit
- Strong understanding of Syndicated or Private loans and their underlying principles
- Extensive understanding of credit agreements and relevant loan attributes would be advantageous
- Extensive knowledge of interest and time value of money principles will be advantageous
- Extensive understanding of accounting principles will be advantageous
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential
- University or College business degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance would be beneficial but not necessary
- Working level of internal and external presentation skills would be beneficial
