Our project management team is looking for construction a site coordinator to work on multiple institutional projects located accross Montreal. You will work in collaboration with construction project managers to ensure site control and coordination.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate site set-up and management from opening to closing with the project manager and contractor
- Coordinate and plan service interruption requests workarounds welding permits etc.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety measures
- Support the project manager in the management of hazardous materials
Qualifications :
- DEP AEC DEC or bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Relevant construction experience that has enabled you to develop a solid understanding of project management and mastery of related techniques
- Fluency in written & oral French
- Proficiency in Microsoft MS Office suite
- ASP Construction card
