Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for leading the delivery of infrastructure projects ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and stakeholder expectations.

  • Project Governance  Support projects through established governance structures systems and processes.
  • Planning and Scheduling  Lead inputs into detailed project plans and ensure alignment with programme milestones.
  • Stakeholder Communication  Manage the flow of project information across teams and stakeholders through meetings and written updates.
  • Meeting Leadership  Arrange attend and chair progress meetings; document outcomes and drive follow-up actions.
  • Change Management  Oversee the change control process to maintain scope budget and timeline integrity.
  • Reporting and Forecasting  Manage the reporting cycle interface with project leads and produce structured monthly reports for internal and executive audiences.

Qualifications :

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with strong leadership and communication skills and a proven track record in infrastructure delivery.

  • Extensive Experience  Minimum of ten years in project or construction management ideally within infrastructure.
  • Professional Qualification  Degree-qualified in construction engineering project management architecture information technology or a related field.
  • Lifecycle Knowledge  Deep understanding of the full project lifecycle from concept to completion and review.
  • Industry Expertise  Experience in design management or construction within a project management environment.
  • Technical Capability  Strong knowledge of project management tools techniques and reporting systems.
  • Client-Facing Experience  Proven ability to work in client-focused environments particularly within the Australian market.
  • Communication Skills  Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
