You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs the Senior HR Business Partner you will serve as a strategic advisor and partner to leadership teams across various functions within Vention. You will drive HR initiatives that align with business goals focusing on talent management organizational development employee engagement and performance management. Your role will involve close collaboration with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the growth of your client groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives and drive organizational success.
Talent Management:
Lead talent management initiatives including workforce planning succession planning talent development and retention strategies ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.
Organizational Development:
Partner with leaders to design and implement organizational structures that promote agility scalability and innovation. Drive change management initiatives and support the evolution of the organizations culture.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement ensuring a positive work environment where employees feel valued supported and motivated to achieve their best work.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management process for the Technology Product and Operations teams providing guidance on goal setting performance reviews and development plans. Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.
HR Programs and Initiatives:
Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the companys strategic priorities such as diversity and inclusion leadership development and employee well-being.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions identify trends and develop proactive solutions to address challenges within the Technology Product and Operations functions.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay current with industry best practices and trends integrating them into the HR strategy where applicable.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the broader HR team and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of HR strategies and initiatives across the organization.
