Job Description
This Crows Nest-based architecture studio has spent the past 20 years building a strong reputation across Sydneys retail residential and civic sectors. Known for delivering high-quality outcomes and fostering long-term relationships theyve recently secured a landmark commission with a national REIT client and are now looking to bring on a skilled Project Architect to help see it through construction.
Youll be joining a highly supportive team culture where they consider their staff to be their key asset and they go to great lengths to ensure they provide a positive environment. Their design reviews regular discussion forums social events mentoring and appraisals combine to enable their staff achieve their maximum potential individually.
The Role
The project is a brand-new state-of-the-art shopping centre that has just entered the construction phase with Richard Crookes Constructionsengaged as the building contractor. This role requires close coordination with the builder consultants and the clients project team to ensure seamless delivery through to completion.
What Theyre Looking For
Theyre seeking an experienced Project Architect who brings solid construction knowledge and a proactive solutions-focused mindset. You must be able to hit the ground running ideally with:
Large scale project experience ideally inleading retail shopping centres ormixed-use commercial or industrialprojects
Strong Revit skills and documentation experience
A solid grasp of construction-phase services and consultant coordination
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
An understanding of the full project lifecycle from concept to completion
