Job Description
Spitzer Honda of Euclid is looking for passionate team members who want to deliver a high level of service to our customers while growing their career at a top regional employer. The Parts Driver delivers and picks up parts and equipment for the dealership and sells parts to customers over the counter in the shop or on the phone.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers satellite stores wholesale accounts and vendors
- Coordinates with Parts Manager and other parts counter persons for last minute picks-ups or deliveries
- Verifies invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up and delivery
- Keeps and accurate log of pick-ups and deliveries and collects recipient signatures on each entry
- Loads and unloads truck each night and turns in paperwork and undelivered parts
- Assists customers in person and on phone with questions regarding parts in a friendly professional and efficient manner
- Provides a high level of service to internal and external customers
- Pulls and fills orders from stock
- Notifies manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
- Notifies customers and/or service advisors with special order parts arrive
- Backup Parts Advisor when needed
