Coordinate and schedule transportation services recreational activities and usage of senior wellness center. Conduct routine home visits and telephone reassurance program. Transport elders to meal time and deliver meals to housebound clients.
Requirements
Must have a valid Oregon driving license and be insurable by the Tribes insurance carrier. Must submit and pass a per-employment drug screen and criminal background check with Federal Tribal and State Law enforcement. Must be in good physical shape and able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds or more.
