Position Description: Experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong backend and microservices expertise to lead and deliver scalable high-quality cloud-based solutions. Hands-on technical leadership in design development and architectural decisions across full-stack components.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable end-to-end functionality for both backend services and front-end interfaces.
Lead the development team with strong technical direction ensuring high-quality code delivery using industry best practices.
Collaborate with architects business analysts and QA to deliver secure performant and maintainable solutions.
Review and validate team deliverables identify and resolve technical bottlenecks or design gaps.
Participate in sprint planning effort estimation and story refinement.
Ensure adherence to SDLC practices including CI/CD version control and automated testing.
Guide junior developers and contribute to skill-building within the team.
Handle deployment-related tasks and coordinate with DevOps and QA for smooth delivery.
Ownership of technical design and architecture aligned with functional and non-functional requirements.
Lead code development configuration management and deployment pipelines.
Drive performance tuning code optimization and architecture improvements.
Conduct technical reviews ensure code quality and lead troubleshooting efforts.
Champion design patterns best practices and scalable solutions across the platform.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

Must-Have Skills:
Strong expertise in Core Java Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture
Solid experience in Java Full Stack development
Experience with REST APIs JPA/Hibernate and Relational Databases
Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 with exposure to modern front-end frameworks
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Proven ability to lead teams and own end-to-end technical solutions

Good-to-Have Skills:
Working knowledge of Camunda for workflow orchestration
Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems
Familiarity with Apache NIFI for data flow automation
Exposure to Angular or similar frameworks for rich UI development
Basic understanding of containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes)
