How youll contribute
Specifically you will...
Assist the Founders and Chief of Staff with operational and strategic tasks
Drive and coordinate cross-functional projects and high-priority initiatives
Facilitate team communication and external partner engagement
Optimize workflows and internal processes for clarity and efficiency
Conduct research analyze data and prepare presentations and reports
Support investor relations fundraising efforts and market research
Monitor project timelines track KPIs and identify risks proactively
Help manage budgets reporting and documentation
Draft proposals contracts and manage stakeholder relations
Set up internal tools and build databases to support decision-making
Oversee product lifecycle management including tracking lifecycle stages utilizing online data management tools and ensuring product information flows seamlessly across teams
Your first 12 months in the role: expectations and deliverables
Months 03: Onboarding & Early Impact- Develop a strong understanding of Greenlytes mission product and organizational structure
- Shadow the Chief of Staff and Founders to gain insight into key projects and priorities
- Support project coordination tasks: scheduling note-taking action tracking
- Set up or refine internal tools for documentation task management and reporting
- Assist in preparing investor materials and internal updates
- Start building databases for partner contacts project trackers and KPIs
- Take ownership of smaller projects or project components
- Proactively flag risks and suggest mitigation strategies
- Implement and document improved workflows across at least one department (e.g. Operations R&D)
- Provide analytical support (data analysis market research competitor intelligence)
- Assist in coordinating external partner or investor meetings
- Track progress and outcomes for 12 strategic initiatives
- Independently lead cross-functional initiatives or internal process improvements
- Prepare reports and decision-support documents for leadership
- Facilitate internal communication and stakeholder engagement for key projects
- Monitor and report on company-wide KPIs proposing actionable improvements
- Contribute to drafting grant proposals contracts or funding decks
- Help prepare for board or investor meetings with analysis and structured documentation
- Build or refine systems to support scale-up such as budget templates research libraries or CRM integrations
About you
You are currently pursuing a degree in Data Science Business Engineering Economics or a related field
A strong interest in startups sustainability and project management
Analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Proficiency with MS Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Notion Trello or Airtable is a bonus
Self-starter mentality with a high sense of responsibility and ownership
