Presbyterian Healthcare is hiring a Manager-Technical Vendor Management. The IT Technical Vendor Management Manager is responsible to be the liaison with strategic IT infrastructure vendors and is responsible for assuring that the organization achieves its business objectives through effective productive relationships across all levels of the organization and with key providers. The IT Technical Vendor Management Manager is key in achieving end-to-end business and service outcomes in multi-sourced hybrid service ecosystems. The IT Technical Vendor Management Manager will coordinate service delivery of each service provider according to the contracted services specifically the IT Service Desks outsourced enterprise infrastructure service providers Desktop Support and Print Services. The IT Technical Vendor Management Manager will be responsible to manage service level objective and vendor financial performance to budget. The manger will serve as a critical integration point of contact with the Enterprise IT Governance Committee the IT Contract Management and the Service Integrated Management team services to improve end-to-end management of Presbyterians hybrid IT services ecosystem. The IT Technical Vendor Management Manager reports to the Director Integrated Service Management.
