ABOUT YOU


As our Commercial Administrator you will bring strong organisational skills a positive attitude and experience in financial administration or a similar role. Youll be confident managing invoices liaising professionally with stakeholders and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in financial or commercial administration advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Positive and proactive approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external contacts
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using databases and billing systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Full-time (37.5 hours) with flexible hybrid working arrangements

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


You will take responsibility for the end-to-end invoice preparation and submission process ensuring accuracy and compliance. This includes liaising with various stakeholders supporting month-end billing processes and continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency.

Key activities:

  • Prepare routine and ad-hoc invoices ensuring approvals and accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date customer and vendor data within company systems
  • Submit invoices timely with required documentation to avoid payment delays
  • Process credit notes and purchase orders as required
  • Assist with job and invoice close-outs and archiving
  • Collaborate with the UK Ledger team to resolve invoice disputes
  • Support other team members and undertake special projects as needed
