We are excited to recruit a Repairs Supervisor who is ready to make a difference to our customers lives.
You will be part of our Repairs and Maintenance division and will play a key role in shaping our future.
What youll be doing
You will be manage and lead the Responsive Repairs Trade Operatives (Plumbing) ensuring that personal financial and performance targets are either achieved or exceeded.
Fostering a culture based on performance and focus on continuous improvement exceptional customer service delivery delivering value for money and actively promoting and supporting Health Safety and the Environment in the workplace.
More about you. What can you bring
Youll have a minimum of three years experience of supervisingTrade Operatives (Plumbing) to deliver service requirements along with an understanding of the Social Housing Market Voids and Repairs and Maintenance service delivery.
Youll have a comprehensive working knowledge of Schedules of Rates and an appreciation of all trades with a good working knowledge and compliance with health and safety requirements.
We are looking for an excellent communicator demonstrating high degree of customer care with strong leadership and management including performance management.
Strong technical knowledge of reactive repairs solutions across carpentry plumbing and wet trades.
When and where youll be doing it
You will enjoy a 40 hour working week and earn an annual salary of up to44982dependent upon your knowledge skills and experience.
Golding Homes have properties throughout Maidstone and the surrounding area. This role will allow you to travel around our properties meaning no two weeks will be the same! Whats more youll become a permanent member of the Golding family offering you real job security. You will benefit from regular working hours with the chance for overtime as required.
