Key Responsibilities

• Check rooms after cleaning rectifying any areas not in line with standards before releasing the room
• Provide regular feedback and training to the room attendants about room cleanliness to help them achieve the required standards in the required timeframe
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in ensuring a clear and consistent communication regarding team performance and goals
• Execute a weekly stock count on the floors
• Oversees room preparation for VIP guests and site inspections.
• Assist in delivery of departmental trainings. Ensure team understands the training and monitor if standards are followed on a daily basis

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in hospitality
• Strong organisational skills with experience managing large and diverse teams
• Approachable hands-on and passionate about guest experience
• Drive to go above and beyond and find ways to continually improve service
