**Pre-licensed Fiduciaries work under the supervision of a licensed Fiduciary or designated principal to gain knowledge and expertise during the pre-licensing period. This supervision allows pre-licensed Fiduciaries to increase responsibilities over time and fosters the necessary professional development needed to meet licensure eligibility requirements.
** Successful applicants not currently holding an Arizona Fiduciary License will be compensated at a salary rate equivalent to 97% of the rate determined to be appropriate based on the applicants experience. A 3% increase will be awarded once licensure has been successfully obtained.

We Require
Three years of related professional fiduciary experience such as administration of guardianships and conservatorships AND/OR managing caseloads pertaining to meeting the personal and financial needs of clients or related investigative work
One year of supervisory experience
Bachelors degree with a specialization in Gerontology Social Services Behavioral Science Public or Business Administration Finance Accounting Criminal Justice or a closely related field
OR
A combination of post-secondary education and job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
NOTE: This education and experience must be in relation to guardianships conservatorships decedents estates property management entitlements social or mental health work finance accounting investigations bank trust work or paralegal work with an emphasis on probate practices and procedures

National Certified Guardian or Master Guardian with the Center for Guardianship Certification
Job Contributions
Provide constant oversight and performance management to staff while monitoring completion of assignments
Audit workload to ensure accuracy and completion including reviewing financial statements inventory case notes tax liability real property and other critical components of the file
Guide Fiduciaries on complex situations and ensure compliance with statutes court orders ethics and policies and procedures
Engage in all aspects of supervisory responsibilities including recruiting onboarding training developing disciplining and reviewing employees timecards
Prepare review analyze and respond to legal documents correspondence and reports including and not limited to petitions for fiduciary compensation conservatorship inventories and accountings marshalled assets client tax liability and banking authority as delegated
Provide legal coordination of cases prepare Fiduciaries for court hearings and testify in court as needed
Review and grant appropriate consent to medical and surgical procedure requests; participate in collaborative meetings concerning all fiduciary work
Direct meetings and conferences internally and with various stakeholders either specific to a case or on behalf of the Public Fiduciary
Obtain and maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of the diverse duties performed by Fiduciaries and assist staff with compliance with rules and laws governing this profession
Provide oversight to Field Assistants and review their deliveries workload and help coordinate other various tasks
Working Conditions
Applicant must meet the eligibility requirements according to the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration (ACJA 7-202) and A.R.S. 14-5651; obtain an Arizona Fiduciary License within 24 months of hire and must maintain that license in good standing
Must possessor have the ability to obtaina valid Arizona driverslicensebythe time of hire
Interacts with the public and persons of varying degrees of mental stability and occasionally in hostile situations
Enters residencesor facilitieswhere biohazard material or pest or rodent infestations may exist
Must have the ability to work on-call nights and weekends on a rotating schedule
