Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and manage order changes using Date Change Reports
- Coordinate with suppliers couriers and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Track consignments and allocate goods accurately to orders
- Resolve issues with undelivered or delayed orders
- Follow up on uncollected customer collections
- Monitor and communicate order cut-off times
- Collaborate with the cutting tables to resolve system-related issues
- Prepare commercial invoices for export orders
- Prioritise and escalate urgent orders
- Assist with print scheduling and capacity planning
- Support continuous improvement projects across the business
What Were Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in order fulfilment sales order processing or operational administration.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicatorboth written and verbal.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
- Proficient in ERP/order management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with warehouse sales and logistics teams.
