About the Role
Based in BYDs Melbourne office in Mulgrave this role will support our Quality Assurance Team. On offer is a Quality Engineer position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
- Conduct Dealership Service Evaluation (DSE) activities across Australia and New Zealand to assess service quality and performance; analyzing results and work closely with channel sales teams to identify service gaps; driving continuous improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Report critical issues identified through market service surveys and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions and resolution.
- Collect compile and analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) data on a regular basis to monitor customer satisfaction.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure the effective and timely implementation of improvement measures.
- Maintain comprehensive records and prepare detailed reports using Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Stay current with industry trends benchmarks and best practices to support ongoing enhancements in service quality standards.
Key requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in business and related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales preferably within the automotive industry
- Proficient in data analysis tools particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Australia.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Australian drivers license.
