Job Description
Job Title: Office Clerk Lead Service Line Investigator
Location: Davenport IA 52806
Work Schedule:
- Primary: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
- Occasionally: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
- Pay Rate:
- $19.00/hour (W2)
The office clerk will support by assisting in the investigation of lead water service lines. This is a field-based position that involves a mix of administrative tasks data entry and door-to-door community engagement to collect meter readings and communicate with residents.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collect enter and maintain confidential project data
- Perform door-to-door visits to collect meter readings and communicate project details to homeowners
- Maintain detailed documentation of homeowner interactions
- Update company systems and databases daily with new information
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and other project staff
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails to coordinate contractor and homeowner engagement
- Ensure accurate tracking of fieldwork and service line findings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Valid Drivers License (required)
- Comfortable with door-to-door field work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
