Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain projects related to facilities ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for management and facility operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Safety Operations Engineering and Construction and others to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Project Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and performance metrics adjusting as necessary to meet targets.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality and reliability of facility services.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in supply chain operations and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all facility operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in supply chain management business administration project management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 year of experience in supply chain management with a focus on facilities management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and supply chain management tools. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences including Senior leadership.

Skills:

  • Leadership: Strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide project teams towards achieving objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project execution and reporting.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
