What Youll Do
Job Title: Sailpoint IIQ Admin
Location: Bengaluru - Onsite -(IST Timezone)
Experience: 5-8 Years
Pay/Salary- 20 to 28 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer configure and maintain the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform to meet business needs.
- Design and implement identity lifecycle processes including user provisioning deprovisioning role management and access certification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SailPoint with other enterprise applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ ensuring system reliability and security.
- Write and maintain Java-based workflows connectors and customization for the SailPoint platform.
- Conduct regular audits reports and monitoring to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Support the day-to-day administration of the platform including system upgrades and patches.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with at least 3 years working on SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Proficiency in Java for developing and customizing SailPoint workflows.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ 8.0 or higher including installation configuration and administration.
- Familiarity with GitLab Atlassian JIRA MySQL and remote server management.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM for managing incidents and service requests.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and Linux server management.
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles ideally with large-scale projects.
- Strong communication skills capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- SailPoint certification is a plus.
