Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- 3 years experience implementing Records and Information Management systems (RIM).
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
- Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for RIM applications.
- Experience with integrating RIM applications with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with system administration tasks including system configuration and performance monitoring.
- Applicant should have a general understanding and experience with the following components or similar technologies: Case Foundation (workflow) Content Manager (document repository) and Enterprise Records Foundation (retention management).
