Job Description

Position description / Job description- Develop and deliver engaging technical training programs for internal and external audiences.
- Create comprehensive training materials including manuals e-learning modules and videos.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops both in person and remotely.
- Collaborate with product management and R&D to stay current on new product features.
- Support trade shows and technical seminars with live product demonstrations.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback surveys and performance metrics.
- Manage the training calendar and coordinate logistics for sessions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
Were looking for you if:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; technical certifications in training or product management are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical training or product support preferably in the furniture cabinetry or hardware industry.
- In-depth knowledge of furniture hardware components (hinges slides lift systems connectors etc.).
- Hands-on experience with product installation and technical specifications.
- Ability to travel regionally (up to 30-50%) and internationally.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant training software.
