Role: PRT English
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PRT (Primary Teacher) English to join our team at Hustlr Staffing Services. This is an on-site position located in India. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in teaching methods a love for literature and the ability to inspire young minds. As a PRT English teacher you will play a critical role in shaping the language skills and overall education of primary students.
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging English lessons tailored to the primary curriculum.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning.
- Utilize a variety of teaching tools and techniques to enhance student understanding.
- Assess and evaluate student progress adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Encourage students to participate in discussions and express their thoughts orally and in writing.
- Develop educational materials and resources that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Establish clear objectives for each lesson and communicate them to the students.
- Support students in their academic and personal growth.
- Incorporate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a holistic educational experience.
- Participate in faculty meetings professional development and training.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs of students.
- Inspire a love for reading and writing among students.
- Monitor classroom behavior and implement relevant disciplinary procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in English Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of primary education pedagogy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- Experience with instructional technology and digital tools.
- Capability to develop instructional materials independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.
- Familiarity with student assessment techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and parents.
- Ability to adapt to different learning environments and challenges.
