Key Responsibilities:
- Office & Front Desk Operations
- Manage front office and maintain stock of office consumables
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises and common areas
- Coordinate with vendors (AC pest control plumbing etc.) for maintenance
Communication & Coordination
- Handle calls and direct them to appropriate departments
- Distribute couriers and maintain logs
- Print and maintain records for I-cards visiting cards RFID cards
Administrative Support:
- Assist teams with data entry documentation and admin tasks
- Handle petty cash and maintain related records
- Manage AMCs for office equipment (AC CCTV Coffee Machines etc.)
- Monitor housekeeping/security attendance for accurate billing
Employee Support & Logistics
- Arrange cakes/snacks/lunch for staff events
- Organize onboarding/offboarding kits
- Coordinate transport monitor travel expenses and manage hotel bookings
- Facility Management
- Oversee utilities (telephone electricity rent property tax etc.)
- Track and manage repair & maintenance tasks (telephone UPS computers carpentry etc.)
- Monitor CCTV camera systems
Skills Required:
- 3-5 Years of Experience
- Graduation or MBA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Windows OS
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
