Job Description
- Team Leadership: Supervise motivate and guide a team of data entry operators.
- Task Management: Assign tasks create schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Quality Control: Monitor data input for accuracy and completeness identify errors and implement solutions to maintain data integrity.
- Training and Mentoring: Train new team members on data entry procedures software and best practices.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance provide feedback and conduct performance reviews.
- Data Management: Oversee the management of data ensuring it is stored handled and secured according to company policy.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to address data-related needs and resolve issues.
- Reporting: Generate reports on team performance data quality and other relevant metrics.
- Troubleshooting: Assist team members in resolving data entry errors and technical issues.
