Job Description
- Use hand tools sanders and sandblasters to fabricate or repair aerospace parts.
- Load/unload parts into chemical milling and furnace systems.
- Follow detailed instructions (travelers) to inspect and complete tasks.
- Attend on-the-job training (OJT) sessions.
- Ensure parts meet traveler specifications.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Follow Chromalloys safety environmental and quality procedures.
- Demonstrate Core Company values (Three Circles).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Able to read write and understand English (FAA requirement).
- Experience using hand tools and industrial/machinery equipment (preferred).
- Background in aerospace construction or manufacturing (preferred).
- Must have good time management attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
