This is a remote position.
Position Title: HubSpot CRM SpecialistWork Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PH Time (Changes during DST)
Salary: Php 40000.00 Php 50000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A HUBSPOT CRM SPECIALIST
Your Responsibilities as a HubSpot CRM Specialist would be:
Support Client Implementations: Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting existing clients using HubSpot CRM across Sales Hub Marketing Hub and Service Hub.
Initial Setup & Configuration: Configure HubSpot account settings user roles permissions and CRM properties (i.e. contact company and deal fields).
Technical Setup: Connect domains configure DNS and set up Google Analytics website tracking codes social media pages and ad accounts.
Data Migration: Import cleanse and map contacts companies deals and other relevant data from spreadsheets or other CRM/email platforms.
Sales Hub Setup: Configure pipelines inboxes lists snippets templates and forms.
Marketing Hub Setup: Create email templates snippets landing pages CTAs lists and forms.
Service Hub Setup: Configure ticketing pipelines inboxes lists snippets forms SLAs Knowledge Base Customer Portal and chatbots.
Workflow & Automations: Build and manage automation workflows including lead nurturing automated emails sequences reminders task assignments and internal notifications.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and schedule dashboards and reports across Sales Marketing and Service Hubs to track key metrics and performance.
Customer Feedback & Surveys: Set up surveys (NPS CSAT CES) automation triggers notifications and related reporting.
Testing & QA: Conduct quality assurance and test all configurations pre-launch.
Documentation: Document workflows and configurations including screen recordings or short videos to explain setups.
General Delivery Support: Execute assigned tasks efficiently and keep the internal team updated on progress through regular communication.
Qualifications as a HubSpot CRM Specialist:
3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM across Sales Marketing and Service Hubs.
Strong understanding of HubSpot properties workflows forms email templates and snippets lists reporting and lifecycle stages.
Experience supporting external client projects or working within an agency or consulting environment.
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to following project plans and delivering work on time.
Effective written and verbal English skills for clear and professional communication.
Proactive with a strong sense of ownership able to raise issues early suggest improvements solve problems and communicate progress clearly.
Ability to follow technical instructions precisely and maintain quality.
Commitment to security and data privacy compliance.
Nice to have:
o Experience working with multiple client portals or accounts.
o Basic knowledge of HubSpot custom code actions integrations or tools like Zapier and Make will be nice to have.
o Interest in and some experience in AI automation and emerging technologies.
