This is a remote position.
Virtual Rockstar is hiring a full-time Marketing Specialist to support a purpose-driven naturopathic and integrative medicine clinic based in California. This is a unique opportunity for a creative self-motivated marketing professional who wants to help bring healing to individuals with chronic health conditions through thoughtful engaging and strategic communication.
This role goes beyond just executing marketing tasks we are looking for someone to partner closely with the clinic s founder to grow visibility increase program enrollment and build lasting community engagement.
About the Practice
This small but mighty practice specializes in helping individuals facing chronic complex conditions such as Lyme disease mold toxicity and mast cell activation syndrome. Their approach is structured root-cause-focused and deeply compassionate.
They are currently transitioning from a traditional fee-for-service model to a program- and membership-based structure and they are seeking the right person to help bring this vision to life.

Responsibilities
As the Marketing Specialist you will work directly with the clinic founder to:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive visibility and lead generation
Repurpose existing content into blog posts email campaigns and social media content
Manage and grow engagement on Instagram and other social platforms
Set up and promote webinars online programs and coaching groups
Analyze campaign effectiveness and guide future content planning
Assist in managing Kajabi Go High Level and other marketing platforms
Coordinate podcast and summit appearances for increased brand exposure
Organize brand assets update sales pages and help optimize patient/member experience
This is a collaborative and strategic role you ll be expected to bring your own ideas take initiative and guide content planning with the goal of growing an audience that aligns with the practices mission.
Requirements
Strong background in digital marketing ideally with wellness coaching or integrative health experience
Experience or willingness to learn tools like Kajabi Go High Level Thinkific and Practice Better
Confident with email marketing social media engagement content creation and light design work
Excellent written English attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Self-starter who communicates clearly and proactively
Willingness to train with marketing partners and continuously learn
Experience in program launches online course promotion or funnel marketing is a strong plus

Previous experience in a medical administrative role (medical assistant, medical receptionist, or similar) is preferred. Familiarity with WebPT EMR and Therabill for patient payment posting is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Comfortable with remote work and proficient in using virtual communication tools. Knowledge of insurance verification and pre-authorizations is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive patient experience.
