This is a remote position.
OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly organized process-driven individual to join our team as a BusinessProcess & Automation Growth Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in business operations or process improvement who is eager to grow into the field of AI and no-code automation.
You will help us document and streamline internal operations support the development of training and onboarding systems and progressively take ownership of automation workflows using platforms such as Zapier Make Lindy and GPT-based tools.
This is a growth-oriented role with a clearly defined progression path and performance-based salary increase.
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Document internal business processes and create clear SOPs for team use.
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose streamlined alternatives.
Design onboarding systems for new staff and clients using form tools and project management platforms.
Collaborate with the founder to prioritize and delegate workload through systems and process improvements.
Begin learning and experimenting with AI and no-code tools (Zapier Make Lindy GPT agents).
Assist in building internal training frameworks for future VAs and automation-trained staff.
Support initial testing and maintenance of automation workflows as your technical comfort grows.
Track and report on internal progress toward systemization and automation milestones.
Develop training content and onboarding programs for both internal team members and client-facing delivery including video walkthroughs SOP packs and mini-course modules.
Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for someone who has:
3 years experience in business operations process documentation or systems support.
Excellent written English and ability to produce structured easy-to-follow documentation.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to visualize workflow improvements.
Comfortable using tools like Notion ClickUp Airtable or Google Workspace.
Eagerness to learn AI/no-code tools technical aptitude and curiosity are more important than current expertise.
Ability to work independently and communicate progress proactively.
Organized self-motivated and outcome-driven mindset.
Experience or interest in course creation training documentation or video-based instructional content is a plus.

This is a learning-based role. The successful candidate will start at PHP 65000/month
with a structured 90-day progression this period you ll receive training and support to build confidence with our automation tools and internal systems. Upon successful completion of key milestones including documenting core systems assisting in building 1 2 client-ready automation workflows and supporting internal SOP development you will progress to PHP 76000/month.
This role offers a clear career path toward becoming our AI Automation & Systems Lead with opportunities to train team members and work directly with clients on automation
projects.
