Salary: RM3200 13th month contractual
Key responsibilities
Handle incoming orders via phone email WhatsApp or sales reps
Ensure accurate and timely order entry and coordination with warehouse teams
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints
Work closely with the sales supply chain and finance teams
Follow up on returns delivery issues and complaint resolutions
Ensure all activities comply with internal SOPs and distribution standards
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service order processing or related roles
Experience in structured industries like healthcare distribution or financial services is a plus
Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
