Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Technical Recruiter experienced in X-Ray Search LinkedIn sourcing (Basic & LinkedIn Recruiter) and domestic IT hiring. You should be comfortable handling 10 open roles per day making cold calls and formatting resumes as per client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Basic LinkedIn Recruiter X-Ray Search Naukri and other platforms.
- Handle 10 technical/domestic job roles daily with quality and speed.
- Perform cold calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Format resumes professionally and submit them to clients/hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reporting sheets.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of domestic hiring and sourcing strategies.
- Experience with X-Ray/Boolean Search and LinkedIn sourcing tools.
- Proficiency in cold calling and candidate screening.
- Attention to detail in resume formatting.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume recruitment environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with ATS platforms especially Zoho Recruit.
Background in IT staffing firms or consulting agencies.
Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel for tracker management.
