We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tampa FL. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers handling inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care. Youll be expected to maintain a strong understanding of our services respond efficiently to customer needs and ensure a positive experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal systems
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to issues
Track document and escalate customer issues as needed
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist clients effectively
Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue closure
Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest improvements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
1 year of experience in customer support or a related field
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office CRM systems)
