Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Review and prepare patient claims for timely submission.
Assist in performing quality checks on patient accounts for billing accuracy.
Analyze denial queues and identify unpaid claims or outstanding balances.
Follow up with insurance providers on denied or underpaid claims under guidance.
Collaborate with the Insurance Verification team to ensure correct patient information is available.
Communicate with insurance companies and internal teams to resolve basic claim issues.
Support the team in appealing denied claims as needed.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: commerce life sciences or healthcare-related field)
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic understanding of healthcare billing or insurance processes is a plus.
Comfortable using computers and basic office software (Excel Email etc.).
Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
