We are looking for an Account Director to join our Marketing Solutions team showcasing LinkedIn as the premier place for brands to market to the worlds professionals. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a sales strategy while motivating a cross functional team that will assist in hitting growth targets by expanding our customer base. You will do this by providing digital marketing strategy to our strategic clients for their business and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key executives in business marketing and advertising agencies to drive impactful results for our clients across Taiwan and Asia.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and scope out business opportunities facilitating end-to-end plans and recommendations that incorporate insights content measurement and customer solutions.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and exceptional communication skills while flexibly managing the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively provide insights and intelligence on market trends research and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue growth targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the assigned book of business including the effective management of escalations.
- Ensure operational excellence and efficiency in all sales operations.
- Proactively analyze and optimize customers advertising campaigns and marketing programs making strategic and tactical recommendations.
- Consult on all aspects of clients media campaigns including targeting implementation optimization and reporting
- Articulate and communicate new product features proactively.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities across the client base to drive incremental revenue.
- Travel required (approximately 20-30% of the time)
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- 8 years of commercial experience in Digital Marketing Technology Sales Media Sales and/or Online Advertising with a proven track record of leading businesses or accounts preferably with established connections in the Taiwan market
- 6 years of auction based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience (i.e. Google Adwords SEO/PPC ad exchange/trading desks)
- Business fluency in English Cantonese and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to structure negotiate and maintain complex and significant strategic relationships with familiarity in advertising terms and conditions being a plus.
- Proven experience working effectively within matrix organizations and the ability to garner support from key internal cross-functional stakeholders.
- A history of success in highly dynamic environments with a demonstrated track record of generating revenue growth within a demanding portfolio.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to design and deliver effective proposals reports and reviews.
- Experience of using insights to drive commercial success through upsells and pitches
- Ability to translate analytics and present them as insights and recommendations in a client facing setting.
- Proven ability to influence decision-makers and cultivate long-term C-level relationships.
- Prior sales experience and a track record of generating business revenue with focused clients is highly desirable.
