Job Summary

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive with experience in business development government contracting or IT staffing this role you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with government-focused clients driving revenue by identifying strategic staffing and consulting opportunities and positioning our organization as a trusted partner for technical solutions in the government sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client managers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls email campaigns LinkedIn outreach and networking
  • Understand client project needs define technical resource requirements and propose qualified consultants accordingly
  • Work closely with DSA and CS teams to ensure alignment between client needs and talent solutions
  • Educate clients on market trends rate data and skill demand to build trust and position the firm as a strategic advisor
  • Maintain accurate CRM records document key client activity and monitor consultant usage trends and project timelines
  • Facilitate contract terms start dates and billing arrangements for each consultant placement

Experience

  • Bachelors degree in business preferred
  • 37 years of experience staffing for Government Contracts/Government agencies through PRIME contractors
  • Prior experience working with significant system integrators providing IT consulting/services to the government
  • Understanding of Cleared Requirements/Cleared Resources
  • Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with GovWin ZoomInfo or similar tools is a plus
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and work all hours necessary or required
