Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to drive revenue growth across our AI Line of Business. This role will be instrumental in driving the build and growth of the AI revenue engine and capturing new market opportunities. This role will be responsible for leading sales operations across all revenue-generating functions tied to our AI solutions including sales go-to-market strategy strategic partnerships and customer success.

This position will matrix to the CRO and Head of AI Business Unit to ensure commercial alignment scalable execution and consistent customer value realization. There will be close partnership and collaboration with the global regional and industry sales leaders. The role will be supported by an AI Demand Generation Manager and an AI Sales Operations Manager

  • Own and operationalize the AI Revenue Sales and Consumption Go-To-Market Strategy execution for our AI offerings aligned with broader enterprise goals
  • Drive AI revenue and consumption goal attainment by supporting the AI CROs current quarter (CQ) and CQ4 consumption forecasts while owning the quality of the CQ1 pipeline and overseeing CQ2 and beyond pipeline progression and demand generation in partnership with the AI Demand Generation Manager.
  • Support and Deliver accurate revenue forecasts pipeline analytics and performance insights to CRO and executive leadership.
  • Own Customer adoption value and expansion to realize sustainable and renewable long-term value and revenue through AI-driven client success strategies
  • Operationalize global AI sales teams and overlay functions cadences and reporting aligning with broader enterprise goals in new and install base opportunity conversion and ongoing consumption and renewal
  • In conjunction with the AI Demand Generation Manager develop supporting segmentation value propositions and sales enablement plans tailored to industries and buyer personas that realize the AI CROs AI Sales and Consumption Revenue Strategy
     

 

 


Qualifications :

  • Enterprise Software Experience
    10 years in revenue leadership roles within enterprise B2B software; ERP or enterprise platforms background strongly preferred.
  • AI/ML Commercial Knowledge
    Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in enterprise environments (e.g. intelligent automation predictive insights NLP generative AI).
  • Sales Leadership in Matrix Organizations
    Demonstrated success leading commercial teams in large matrixed global organizations.
  • Go-To-Market Acumen
    Expertise in GTM strategy product commercialization pricing and demand generation for emerging tech.
  • Strategic Thinking with Operational Execution
    Proven ability to align vision with results from executive-level planning to field-level sales execution.
  • Global Perspective
    Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and navigating diverse market landscapes.
  • Executive Presence
    Strong communicator capable of engaging at C-level with customers partners and internal stakeholders.
