What youll do

We are seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst to drive pipeline analytics and operational efficiency within our sales organization. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset experience working in sales operations and familiarity with sales and marketing KPIs with experience in Sales Operations. A proven ability to deliver insights that influence business outcomes. Youll collaborate across teams to own rhythm of business views build dashboards for stakeholders and build executive-level content and support pipeline management through data-driven recommendations.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Director Sales Operations.

Responsibility

  • Query extract and analyze datasets from systems like Snowflake Tableau to evaluate sales performance and pipeline health
  • Derive actionable insights from complex data and present findings to stakeholders
  • Build scalable solutions so teams have easy access to insights and performance
  • Build content and decks for division and executive pipeline councils focusing on pipeline KPIs trends and key insights
  • Monitor and report on pipeline metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Assist with weekly pipeline views for forecast calls and readouts
  • Build and refresh content for division pipeline councils
  • Partner with sales partner and marketing operations and leadership to define KPIs improve performance and track outcomes
  • Refine and build operational models to support annual planning and target setting for different teams
  • Maintain planning models throughout the year
  • Deliver data-driven insights in executive-level presentations and dashboards

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelors degree in Business Economics Data Analytics or a related field

  • 2 years of experience in Sales Strategy Sales Operations or a related field preferably in SaaS or technology industries

  • Experience with SQL (preferable Snowflake) advanced Excel modeling and BI tools such as Tableau Looker or Power BI

  • Experience with KPIs sales processes and marketing metrics

  • Experience in analyzing large datasets and transforming them into actionable business insights

  • Experience in creating and delivering executive-level decks with a focus on storytelling and data visualization

  • Experience with sales and marketing metrics pipeline management and forecasting processes

  • Experience in identifying and implementing operational efficiencies to optimize sales and marketing workflows

Preferred

  • Advanced degree
  • Experience in SaaS B2B sales operations or high-growth startups
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience.

Based on applicable legislation the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $94000.00 - $136600.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
