We are seeking a dynamic and strategic SVP of Sales to lead one of our core AI revenue streams (Industrial AI). This role requires a proven sales executive who thrives in fast-paced environments combining a visionary mindset with hands-on execution. The SVP will own full-cycle commercial responsibility driving growth across enterprise accounts shaping go-to-market strategy and leading a senior sales team in a matrix structure. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic acumen and tactical execution and is energized by innovation outcomes and impact. This role requires a high degree of strategic awareness and collaboration
- Own the end-to-end revenue strategy and sales execution for the assigned AI product vertical.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans in partnership with product marketing and GTM enablement teams. Includes providing feedback on where the portfolio could be enhanced or added to.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team; coach mentor and scale performance in complex B2B environments in partnership with the Regional leadership.
- Engage C-level executives and decision-makers to position our AI solutions as strategic value drivers.
- Drive forecast accuracy pipeline health and performance metrics across regions and verticals.
- Align with corporate leadership on pricing partnerships and commercial strategy.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and market to influence product direction and differentiation.
- This role will matrix between Sales (CRO) and the Business Unit as well as collaborating closely with Regional Sales Leads. The SVP will drive sales excellence as well as strategic leadership within their portfolio area while contributing to the companys overall strategy. This will require focus pragmatism and being able to work within ambiguity and help others to navigate it as an evangelist.
Qualifications :
- 10 years of enterprise software or AI solution sales with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (VP/SVP).
- Deep understanding of AI technologies platforms and enterprise adoption models.
- Exceptional executive presence and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset; able to blend strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product engineering and marketing.
Comfortable operating in high-growth ambiguous and cross-cultural environments
