Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
Internal Audits
- Assist in conducting audits to check compliance with standards and policies.
- Help identify areas of non-compliance and suggest corrective actions.
- Support the preparation of audit reports and share findings with the team.
Document Control
- Help maintain and update quality management system documents.
- Assist with version control and distribution of documents.
- Support training sessions on document control procedures.
Corrective Action
- Participate in investigations to find root causes of non-conformities.
- Assist in developing corrective action plans to address issues.
- Help monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and suggest improvements.
Continuous Improvement Event Process
- Support the planning and facilitation of Kaizen events and other improvement activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Assist in tracking and reporting the outcomes of improvement events.
Data Analysis
- Help collect and analyze production and quality data to spot trends.
- Use statistical tools to interpret data and provide insights.
- Support presentations of data findings and recommend solutions.
Process Improvement
- Assist in evaluating current manufacturing processes to find optimization opportunities.
- Help implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and test process improvements.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- BS in Industrial (and Systems) Engineering or Industrial Engineering Technology
- One to three years experience in a related field (preferred but not required)
