In your new role as Qantas Club Lounge Agent you will provide exceptional customer service with an emphasis on creating a seamless personalised and memorable experience. Our customers enjoy the comfort and luxury within the Lounges so we aim to continuously create an atmosphere of relaxation and sophistication. You will play a vital role from welcoming and greeting these guests with a smile providing assistance anticipating their needs and always ensuring the highest level of service is provided. We are looking for individuals who are not only passionate and engaging but also have a strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast paced environment.
