Job Description

As a key member of the leadership team the Senior Food & Beverage Manager will oversee elevate and influence the service culture and overall performance of our dining operations. This strategic and operational role calls for a visionary leader with a passion for hospitality a commitment to excellence and the ability to drive results through innovation mentorship and collaboration. You will be responsible for leading multiple outlets managing P&L performance shaping the guest experience and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence that aligns with the values of the Auberge Resorts Collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of food and beverage operations with a strong focus on service excellence operational efficiency and financial performance.

  • Set and maintain service standards across all outlets ensuring consistency quality and a memorable guest experience that reflects the Auberge brand.

  • Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to outlet managers and their teams driving performance engagement and professional development.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations while planning long-term improvements and innovations that enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to align front-of-house and back-of-house service standards and product offerings.

  • Analyze operational and financial reports identify trends and implement strategies to drive profitability control costs and optimize labor.

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives events and promotional programs to maximize visibility guest engagement and top-line growth.

  • Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards as well as company policies and procedures.

  • Champion the Auberge culture by inspiring a high-performance guest-centric team through consistent coaching feedback and recognition.

  • Represent the property and the F&B program in cross-functional meetings and with key stakeholders acting as a thought partner in strategic planning.


Qualifications :

  • Five years experience in managing food and beverage operations.
  • Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and managing F&B teams.
  • Experience executing events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail.
  • Aptitude for financial management financial reports and analysis.
  • Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
