Job Description
- Knows all the bar and menu products (preparation instructions)
- Manages the stocks and setup for the bar in line with brand standards
- Takes orders serves guests and handles cash operations
- Promotes the bars special offers cocktails and full range of products
- Ensures equipment remains in good condition
Qualifications :
- Graduate of Hospitality or any related course
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in same field
- Good communication skills
- Can work in a fast phase environment
