Job Description

This course will address sensitive topics such as emotional resilience trust-building and professional reintegration. Youll design content that helps individuals heal re-engage and thrive.

What Youll Do

  • Design an engaging trauma-informed eLearning course based on an established training outline.
  • Develop interactive scenario-based learning.
  • Craft psychologically safe emotionally aware content that encourages personal and professional growth.
  • Structure course delivery for asynchronous platforms (e.g. LMS) ensuring privacy and usability.

Qualifications :

What You Bring

  • 5 years in instructional design.
  • Experience designing training on sensitive or emotionally complex topics.
  • Strong storytelling writing and content organization skills.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources topics
  • Understanding of psychological safety trauma-informed learning and concepts like shame vs. remorse.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills

Bonus If You Have

  • Exposure to Bren Browns work or similar emotional intelligence frameworks.
  • Experience supporting workplace culture or re-engagement initiatives.
