You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a PR & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for implementing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential guests and retain existing ones as well as management of collateral special events/promotions social media and advertising. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Organizing
1. Partner with the General Manager Director of Sales and Marketing and area office to implement annual marketing and communications plans aligning activities with department budgets ROI targets and wider business objectives.
2. Monitor industry cultural and travel trends; conduct competitive analyses; and translate insights into actionable strategies.
3. Develop a public relations program for the hotel based on its marketing goals.
4. Continuously track industry cultural and travel trends; conduct competitive scans; synthesize insights to shape positioning and identify opportunity areas.
5. Ensure all strategic initiatives and plans are aligned with Accor Group and the Accor Regional Office head of function maintaining guidelines and corporate objectives.
6. Drive the propertys participation in relevant industry awards tracking submissions and integrating award outcomes into KPI reporting.
Brand Identity & Communications Messaging
7. Develop safeguard and implement brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all touchpoints including signage collateral guest experiences and on-property events.
8. Craft compelling brand narratives and segment-specific messaging that differentiate the hotel for both B2B (corporate trade MICE) and B2C (leisure lifestyle) audiences.
9. Engage and manage creative production and PR agencies defining scopes timelines and budgets to deliver high-impact materials aligned with brand standards.
10. Adapt global and regional brand campaigns preserving core messaging while ensuring local relevance.
11. Oversee the creation and maintenance of visual assets (photography videography graphics) to support marketing and PR campaigns with consistent visual identity.
12. Manage sponsorships activations and on-property experiences from concept through execution to maximize guest engagement and media visibility.
13. Maintain awareness of on-property initiatives special programs and events to support timely and relevant marketing content and service delivery.
14. Monitor key industry trends competitor strategies and consumer behaviour to inform proactive marketing decisions.
15. Develop hotel gifts and media giveaways.
Public Relations & Media Relations
16. Develop and execute a strategic annual PR and media plan with clearly defined KPIs encompassing F&B rooms spa leisure and MICE segments.
17. Cultivate strong relationships with local regional and international media (print digital broadcast) acting as the hotels key media liaison to secure high-value coverage.
18. Maintain a comprehensive media kit including hotel fact sheets executive bios high-resolution imagery and updated brand content for ongoing outreach.
19. Tailor PR activations for B2B and B2C audiences leveraging relevant platforms messaging and engagement strategies.
20. Manage media inquiries interviews crisis communications and reputation management.
21. Plan host and manage press events press visits and media familiarization trips to drive hotel exposure and generate editorial coverage.
22. Draft news releases feature articles and executive statements to amplify brand storytelling and hotel milestones.
23. Maintain accurate and up-to-date media databases mailing lists
24. Conduct daily media monitoring and maintain clipping files to monitor coverage guide future planning; share summaries with the Director of Sales & Marketing relevant departments and corporate PR.
25. Act as the hotels media liaison by managing crisis communications promoting positive coverage and mitigating negative publicity.
26. Create a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers.
Campaign Development & Execution
27. Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote rooms F&B spa MICE and loyalty programs to amplify brand engage target audiences and support revenue goals.
28. Integrate sponsorship and media partnerships into PR to maximize visibility and strategic value.
29. Manage the full lifecycle of brand activations events sponsorships and on-property experiences ensuring creative excellence and media interest.
30. Monitor performance metrics and customer insights to optimize campaign targeting messaging and results.
31. Ensure sustainability and CSR initiatives are embedded in marketing narratives where applicable.
Agency & Partner Management
32. Manage the nominated creative agencies and PR/communications agencies (where applicable) to maximize brand and hotel awareness.
33. Establish and grow strategic marketing partnerships with local and regional brands to enhance awareness drive traffic and add experiential value.
34. Coordinate hotel participation in cross-promotions tourism board campaigns destination events and lifestyle collaboration
Financial & Performance Management
35. Develop the annual marketing plan in conjunction with commercial and operational departments detailing activities for the year focused on meeting organizational objectives.
36. Establish and evaluate performance indicators for all marketing activities using data to drive optimization and decision-making.
37. Track marketing and communications spending and campaign performance against budget and KPIs; report results and insights to Director of Sales & Marketing General Manager and Commercial leadership.
Operations
38. Foster a creative agile environment and collaborate seamlessly with Sales F&B Spa Rooms Events and Guest Experience teams.
39. Participate in business planning commercial meetings and operational briefings to align marketing with hotel objectives.
40. Collaborate with loyalty CRM and digital teams at property to support Accor regional initiatives.
41. Support T&C in managing the hotels LinkedIn presence amplifying media coverage PR highlights and executive thought leadership.
Administration
42. Organize and maintain an up-to-date archive of all marketing materials photo and video assets media coverage and key reports.
43. Prepare and distribute monthly marketing and PR activity calendars media schedules and detailed campaign performance reports.
