WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Recommend wines that make guests smile with every sip.
• Ensure every bottle is stored and served according to the highest sommelier standards.
• Train colleagues to speak about wine with confidence and elegance.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B team on pairings and wine events.
• Manage inventory liaise with suppliers and stay up to date with global wine trends.
• Listen to guests understand their preferences and match them with the precision of a seasoned sommelier.

Qualifications :

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate:

• Holds a sommelier (WSET) certification or equivalent.
• Speak fluent in Czech is must also in German or English preferable.
• Has experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant a big advantage.
• Knows wine inside and out: regions vintages varietals trends and can talk about it with passion and poise.
